DWT - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wehrtechnik e. V.

ADLON has in the course of 15 years of industry knowledge become acquainted with the evaluation criteria and parameters for actions of decision makers coming from different fields of defense technology. As an active DWT member, ADLON is able to effectively bring in own ideas, views and proposals.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wehrtechnik e. V. (DWT) was founded in 1957 as a nonprofit association. It organizes conferences, forums, symposiums, rounds of talks and workshops, in which also representatives of European partners take part.

It deals with current issues such as security, defense and alliance policy characterized by Europeanization and internationalization, framework conditions for duties, abilities and structures of the German Armed Forces, adequate equipment, logistics, support and services for the relevant duties of the German Armed Forces and effective embodiment of the partnership of German Armed Forces and economy as well as the shift of duties from the German Armed Forcees into economy.

Bodenseeairea - Fascination Aerospace

On 4/15/2011 (during the AERO, the leading trade fair for general aviation) the cluster kickoff for the regional business network for aerospace "bodenseeairea" took place.

The cluster initiative focuses on mutual networking of industries, in addition to the already existing business relationships, as well as linking of research and practice. For the transfer between economy and science, the project is actively supported by the Fraunhofer IAO with its technology management center in Friedrichshafen, the Cooperative State University and the Zeppelin University. The state Baden-Württemberg has offered European development funds for this network.

Within the framework of this business network, ADLON actively supports the advancement of this cluster initiative in the Lake Constance (Bodensee) region and is as an industry-oriented IT systems house available to members for all technical questions.
