Diplom-Kaufmann (Univ.) Andreas Richstätter, born on 6/22/1967 in Aachen, joined ADLON Datenverarbeitung GmbH in 1999 and has been working as  CEO since December 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Richstätter  was the Commercial Director  with power of procuration at ADLON Datenverarbeitung GmbH.

Mr. Richstätter  began his professional career 1987 as Officer in the German Air Force. From 1995, he was the Executive Assistant of a building construction company and following this, became the Senior Consultant in an international business consultancy.

Mr. Richstätter  studied business information systems at a University of Applied Sciences in Rendsburg, Germany. He is a Graduate of the University  of the German  Federal Armed Forces in Munich and has studied in economics and organizational science with additional studies in Chinese foreign policy and security policy of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Andreas Richstätter  is married and has two children. In his leisure time, he does sports such as skiing and volleyball. In addition, he is Master Plasterer of the Schlossschule Maudach.

Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) Frank Bastuck, born on 8/14/1971 in Ravensburg, joined ADLON Datenverarbeitung Systems GmbH in 1996 and is as Procurator and Board Member in charge of sales since 11/1/2009.  Mr. Bastuck has gone through all typical stages of a sales career, from indoor sales to key account management.

Mr. Bastuck began his career 1991 in the dual education system at RAFI GmbH & Co. KG Berg, in collaboration with the University of Cooperative Education Ravensburg, where he 1994 acquired his Diploma in business information systems.

Frank Bastuck is married and has two children. In his leisure time, he is considered to be a keen fan of the local ice hockey team EVR Tower Stars Ravensburg and of an unspecified poster boy of Southern German soccer.
